#19 Surgery Part 2

The torture ain't over but it has just started. I had my surgery on the 26April 2013(last Friday). I dare not denied that I was really afraid. I waited very long before I was being pushed into the waiting area. Right on the bed while the nurse checking my details, I was holding back my tears. I wanted to cry and say I don't want to do anymore. It was kinda of too late.

I was left somewhere near the operation room that I will be using. Doctor after doctor, nurse after nurse that came and check on me. I have at least 4doctors attending to me, one of them is Dr Tan who is in charge of my case. He knew I was nervous and afraid so he chat with me and calm me down. And doctors/nurses always have problems finding my tiny little veins. I really thank God I didn't have to suffer by being poked too many times but honestly it hurts. The needle was way too thick and long for my poor little vein. I bear through the pain till I was push in. Injection after injection and next thing, I knew I was asleep. The operation was supposed to last 30 minutes but end up 2hours plus.

Nurse woke me right after I was being push out and seriously I didn't feel the pain till I was being tortured by nurse at my ward. They adjusted my bed and insisted that I have to eat when I say I will do it later. My hand was stuck and it hurts like hell. I couldn't scream but tears started rolling down. That's how pain I was. Mum was angry and called the nurse back.

I was stuck in my ward for more than 5hours doing nothing and both hands in pain. I couldn't change my own clothes, go toilet myself and etc. thankful mum was with me. She accompanied me throughout without leaving me alone. She knew the hospital food suck, she got me cake to eat. Really appreciated her very much.

Shall not type too much. Photos shall do the talking. Be warn for disgusting pictures

#18 Day with love @aliciapanyl

Planned to meet babygirl before she leaves for Bali tomorrow and I so happen to come across a good deal on gmarket so I decided to get it and claim the deal with bbg.

Dear ice cream/dessert lovers do check out gmarket (www.qoo10.sg), under weekly deals. Marble slab waffle deal is going for $5.50 only. Usual price is $13.90! You get to choose two ice cream flavours and also one wet topping. This is only for a limited time and you can unlimited coupon! There are three outlets that I can claim my deal from. Plaza Singapura, Bugis+ and Katong 112.

Bbg and I decided on Plaza Singapura. Thankful is a weekday so the place is not that crowded but there is still a group of secondary girls who were freaking noisy. They keep shifting here and there. How irritating is that. Back to my ice cream..
I had Banana and Salted Peanut flavours which I didn't really like the Salted Peanut because it was way too sweet and I got sick of it after few mouth. And bbg got macha and rocher. I didn't try so I don't know how's the taste like.

To be honest for that price you get a big place of waffle with 2 scoops of ice cream is really worth it. So go and get yours now!

After dessert, we headed to shop alittle but in the end we only got ourselves a bottle of water each and left for Sengkang because bbg got to teach.

Anyway, main purpose of this post was to share the awesome deal.
So here's some pictures for you! <3

#17 Laneige Blackhead Melting Gel + Blackhead Pore Strip

Have you heard about Laneige? This brand is growing bigger and bigger in Singapore. It was started way back in 1994 and all the way till today is still growing..

Laneige meaning 'snow' in French. That explain why their packaging has a snowflake picture. So I would to share with you two products that I got myself from Laneige boutique in Seoul, Korea. It's new products that was advertise recently. Maybe not on Singapore television but in stores.</p>

Blackhead Melting Gel.
It's melting gel that gently removes blackheads and dead skin cells.

Melting gel contains Keratinase enzyme which effectively melts down dead skins cells like blackhead and easily rollable sillicon melting-massager create synergy effect to melt down dead skin cells and blackheads that are clogging trouble prone areas of nose and the surrounding areas(cheeks/forehead).

How to use.
1. After washing your face, pump appropriate amoubt of melting gel and apply to the area with blackhead. Massage the area throughly with circular motion.
2. Wait about 20minutes for blackheads to melt and then rinse the gel off with lukewarm.

3. Some blackheads are stubborn, so repeated application will be required.

In order to achieve the best results, you might want to consider getting the Blackhead Pore Strip.

The strip contains Kenaf power which sticks to the nose where blackhead and excessive sebum are already melting down by melting gel and prevents reoccurrence of blackhead. Kenaf is known as eco-friendly pulp material which replace tree and is also natural ingredient that is better than commonly used sillica in sebm absorption.

How to use.

Is simple and easy. Just remove the Pore strip from the plastic sheet and paste it over your damp nose. Do not apply water on the strip itself!

Wait about 10-15minutes until the strip is completely dried before pulling the strip off slowly from both edges.

Apply toner after removing strip.

What are you waiting? Hurry down to Laneige boutique or counters to get yours now.

The unexpected 10days trip to Seoul/Day 1

Why did I name my title the unexpected 10days trip to Seoul? To find out more, do continue reading. If you have followed me on twitter, you would know know why!

Took off on the 31March to Seoul via Hongkong. Before this trip, I was still trying hard to change duties with colleague and thank God I managed to change or else, I would have to cancel the whole trip.

I met my cousin who flew to Seoul by Korean Air landed slight later than me. While waiting for her, I put on all the thick winter clothing and my winter boots. The temperature was 2degree, that explains all the dressing up.

We headed to our guesthouse by taking the airport bus. We couldn't communicate well with the people there and their understanding of English is very limited so please prepare to find your way yourself or write the place out on a paper. It took us an hour to get to nearby our place and another an hour to find our guesthouse. It was a crazy find and thankful for people helping us.

The owners of the guesthouse were friendly and I really enjoyed throughout my stay there. Met my other cousin who is studying in one of the university there for her exchange program for lunch. Yummy and hot food warms my tummy. I realised that korea has lots of cheesy food <3

After lunch, we wanted to go for palace visits or rather they want to.. but most palaces were close on Monday. Please do research before heading there. We went on with our next plan going to trickeye muesum.

It was really awesome place. Do google about the place if you are interested.

Last stop was the bathhouse. I was having a mixing feeling when going in. Because you got to be fully naked and walked to open shower area before you can soak into the hot bath. Ladies and guys are separated, fyi. I'm not comfortable in being naked so I didn't go for hot bath. I went for sauna instead. And I slept for 3hours inside. You must be thinking that I'm crazy but I'm not. I felt so comfortable that I didn't wake up until my cousin woke me!

Left the place quite late and still managed to catch the train back.

*pictures to be loaded in awhile as I'm using my phone to post.

Be back for the rest of the post on my Seoul Trip!

#16 Surgery

Have you follow me on instagram and twitter? If you haven't, then do it now! @hhellosusiee

If you followed me on twitter, you would have know that I had my appointment this afternoon with my specialist doctor and got my surgery date fixed.

I'm exactly 6days from my minor surgery for left thumb. It may be a minor surgery but I'm still nervous. I was hoping that the surgery could be done after my Osaka flight but there's no available slot so I have to do it asap. Please pray that things will go smoothly for me.

This surgery helped me to push back my year renew of flying license meaning no exam till probably June/July? Yipee. More time to study and probably prepare myself to find a new job as well.

Alright, thats all for today. Goodnight world^^

#15 Silkygirl- Perfect Stay 20HR Eyeliner

Are you very particular on the eyeliner you applied on your eyes? Afraid that it will smudge and caused you to look like a panda? Worry no more!

Silkygirl introduced the latest smudge-proof eyeliner which stay perfectly fine even after 20hours! Not only that it is also waterproof.

I'm girl who loves buying eyeliners. I have tried many different eyeliners, be it gel, liquid or crayon types. After seeing the new eyeliner silkgirl advertisement, I decided to get my hands on it. And here I gave it a try.
Hardly people will have to wear their makeup for long hours but since my flight duty was a super long flight(almost 20hours), I had a chance to give it a test/try. It's really good.

My review on the product:
I would rate the best crayon eyeliner I ever used. I tried a numbers of eyeliner but this one really smooth and good. It comes with a built-in sharpener. Whenever I remove my makeup, is slightly harder to remove with my biore makeup remover. I normally have no problem removing my other eyeliner makeup even it says waterproof and all. I would think is good thing that it's harder to remover. With $8.90, is really worth the price. Other eyeliners are at least $15 and above.

WHAT ELSE NOW!

Silkygirl is having a limited time promotion. Get your Perfect Stay 20Hr together with a Gentle Eye & Lip makeup remover for only $8.90! Two color available blackest black and brown.
Get yours now!
Be warn! vain pictures of myself <3

#14 Long distance r/s

Ive so many backdated post not done due to busy schedule:(

But back to my title.  Whats your point on long distance relationship? I came to a point that I really wonder how am I going to maintain a long distance relationship if I were to leave my current company for Emirates or maybe other airline based outside of Singapore. And if my other half isnt local, will communication be a problem for us?

I have reasons behind all my thoughts and there are limited people I can speak to:( I just wanted to see what are some of your thought and opinion on it. Share with me by dropping me a comment or tweet me! Follow me @hhellosusiee now.

#13 the wonderful city of Seoul

Thank you everyone for the concerns. I'm safe in Seoul and I'm looking forward to be home in Singapore.

The weather is crazy here but thank God todays weather is so much better.  I didnt have to be in my thick winter jacket but just long sleeves, shorts and stocking.

Sitting down in coffee bean alone while waiting for the arrival of my cousins who left the room early in the morning for palace visit. I decided to give it a miss because my money is running low and Im not so interested at all. I just wanted the time alone doing self thinking. Thank god for the quiet time and let me realised that it is just a passby memories you giving me. I need to move on and ignore the past. I shouldn't be affected by anything and just enjoy myself with what I have now.

Few more days to going home. Anyone miss me? I gotta plan for another getaway trip soon. I want a time alone trip this time!

If you're following me on instagram, you can see all my updates picture from seoul! Thank you for reading.

#12 Journey to Seoul

Flying high up in the air, watching movies and typing another post for you guys to read. I'm almost there at Hong kong and im really looking forward to touch down.

Working in the same industry, I realised that we tend to compare airlines of differnet companies. So I traveled on Cathay Pacific for my journey to Seoul. For what I felt and observed. The seats are just so uncomfortable. My legs hurt because the legs space aint big. Imagine, I'm short and I still feel the discomfort.

About the service, I had to wait so long to be served while my neighbors are being served and food smell makes me so hungry.  They speak too fast most of the time and I understand nothing. And I dont blame them for speaking to me in dialect but I don't really understand it.

The rest are fine. Food are better than what my company served and best of all, they have ice cream! My all time favourite food/dessert to have at any time.

Alright,  lets photos to do the talking! :) photos may not be in order because im updating with my phone.
